1.  Return & Refund policy
All bags will be inspected / checked by the seller before ship out, to ensure all items shipped later are in good conditions.
The return & refund policy is only valid within 5 working days from the date of purchase . After these 5 working days no return or exchange service will be accepted.
All requests will be inspected and processed within 5 working days after receiving the buyer. Owner will notify buyer of the return/refund progress through Whatsapp / Email / Calls / Messenger.
1.1  Return / Refundable when;
-  The wrong product shipped by the seller , only valid within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
-  Damaged / Defective Product by the selleronly valid within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
-  Damage caused by postal/courier serviceonly valid within 5 working days from the date of purchase.

1.2  Non Return / Non Refundable when;
-  Wrong product / item(s) ordered by buyer.
-  Product / item(s) damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
-  Product / item(s) damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose change of mind
-  Non refundable requested will be entertain for any wrong delivery location selected by buyer
    * you might need to top up for the different of delivery charges, if any caused.

1.3  General Return Conditions
In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
-  The product must be unused and unworn.
-  The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
-  Sticker on the box should not be removed or altered in any form.
-  Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any increased damage to the product Material  &  Hardware destruction, defect, or deviation, we won’t fully refund the cost of any increase damage products.

1.4  Non Compensation / Compensation Status 
-  Parcel lost by Third-Party signers are not accepted
    * Unless authorized to the third-party.
-  Call center exchange address
any items in this parcel are missing , please do not hesitate to contact us immediately 
    * Prove to us that you recorded CCTV & 
Took a clear picture and send it to us.

1.5  Cancelation Policy
-  We do not accept any cancellation.

2.  Delivery
The “ West Malaysia ” expect within ( 2 - 4 ) working day to receive product as well.
The “ East Malaysia ”  expect within ( 4 - 8 ) working day to receive product as well.
We will process and ship out your order in between 1 - 3 working days, but its could take longer time if during any sales or promotion event period. Appreciate for your patients & understanding.
We will ship all orders via Pos Laju Express , Best Express or J&T Express , depending on your location and you will receive a tracking code from us by the end of the day after item ship out.
You can select shipping tracking link below to check the shipping status or you may need to contact Courier Service company with the tracking code provided for more information in case there are delays in delivery or other issues.
